When impressing parents or out-of-towners, starting the day at Eggs in the City is a small vacation for everyone involved. Converted from an old garage, this brunch hub is a neighborhood favorite. The staff’s courtesy is memorable and there isn’t an item on the menu that will have you questing if you’ve made the right choice.
Owner Heather Santi grew up in the bar business and was inspired by her father’s entrepreneurial spirit. A big fan of breakfast, Santi saw her restaurant as an opportunity to interact with people as they began their day. And so, EITC was born.
